At Aurora Pickers, we specialize in vintage, used, and antique items. Because of the unique nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

All items are sold as-is.

All sales are final.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. We make every effort to accurately describe each item, including any flaws, wear, or imperfections. If you have any questions about an item’s condition, please message us before buying.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.
