For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.

We take great care to photograph and describe items accurately, including any flaws or wear consistent with age.

Please review photos and descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged in shipping or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aurorapickers@outlook.com with photos—we'll work to make it right on a case-by-case basis (e.g., shipping insurance claims).
